UI / UX Design

Remote-first (U.S.)Full-time

Design the interfaces people will use to work alongside AI — interfaces that feel clear, trustworthy, and human.

What you'll do

  • Design end-to-end UX and UI for our AI projects, from flows to polished screens.
  • Turn novel, complex AI capabilities into interfaces anyone can use.
  • Build and maintain design systems and prototypes.
  • Partner closely with engineering to ship.
  • Test with real users and iterate.

What we're looking for

  • A strong portfolio of shipped product design — both UI and UX.
  • Fluency in modern design and prototyping tools.
  • Ability to design for ambiguity: new interaction patterns without an established playbook.
  • A clear communicator who can explain and evolve design decisions.

Bonus points

  • Experience designing for AI / ML or data-rich products.
  • Front-end familiarity.
How we work

A team worth joining.

We're building something future-forward, with human benefit as our first concern — and we work to make the work itself a place people are genuinely glad to be.

Human benefit, first

It's our primary concern, and it shapes every decision about what we build and how we build it.

Future-forward

We build toward what's next, not just refinements of what already exists.

Rigorous honesty

We hold our AI to a high standard of truthfulness — and we hold ourselves to exactly the same.

Failure is how we learn

Our AI is given room to fail, learn, and improve — and so are the people building it. Mistakes are for learning from, not hiding.

Serious, but fun

A high bar and a real sense of play. The work should be good, and the days should be too.

What we offer

Real ownership, early.

  • Real equity and a meaningful ownership stake in what you help build.
  • Remote-first, with flexible hours and genuine autonomy.
  • Competitive compensation — we'll talk about it openly during the process.
  • A high-trust, low-bureaucracy team, and real ownership of your domain.
  • As we grow, we plan to establish a hub in the Southeast U.S. (North Carolina, Georgia, or Tennessee), with hybrid options there over time.

Sound like you? We'd love to meet you.
